What can I return — and when?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery — for change-of-mind purchases as well as faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Approved returns are sent back by mail or courier to the address we provide. Please contact us before sending anything back.

  • Items must be unused and free from damage not caused by a manufacturing fault
  • Original packaging, manuals and accessories must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

How do I start a return?

Email [email protected] to start a return. Once approved, we'll send detailed return instructions and the correct address — returns sent without authorization may be delayed. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or video (required for defective, damaged or incorrect items)

When will I get my refund?

What can't be returned?

We're unable to accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, altered or show signs of wear
  • Products missing original packaging, manuals or accessories
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Can I exchange instead of return?
